No normally the DVD player will just say that it can not read the disk. If the disk is damaged, dirty, wet, or even broken in places then it can damaged the laser and other equipment.
Most new DVD players can read pretty damaged disks.
Damaged as in scratches, smudges, and other small disfigures.
It being dirty probably isn't much of an issue unless its absolutely covered in dust, has chemicals on it, or has other things that you probably should not put on it.
I don't believe you can become completely corrupt, theres no limit to how corrupt you are, just how it affects you. The best way to become corrupt is to buy property's and raise the rent or prices to +100%. and if you regret becoming corrupt, you can increase your purity very quickly by going round to all your property's and lowering the rent or prices to the minimum.
The only people who say this are some of the president's Republican political opponents, and they say it to make him look bad, so they can defeat him. There have been many corrupt administrations in American history-- Warren G. Harding and Richard Nixon come to mind. But whether you like President Obama or not, it is completely false to say he is "the most corrupt president in history," since the facts do not support such an assertion.
It is generally believed that people have an innate capacity for good, but external influences such as bad governance can lead individuals to engage in negative behaviors. Research suggests that the social and political environment plays a significant role in shaping individuals' moral character and behavior. Therefore, building strong institutions and promoting good governance is crucial for fostering a society where individuals can thrive and act in accordance with their inherent goodness.
Scholars view corruption as a serious problem that undermines institutions, erodes trust in government, and hampers economic development. They emphasize the need for strong anti-corruption measures, transparency, and accountability to combat this widespread issue and ensure good governance.
We like to think our corruption isn't too bad but trying to address it does show why is is as bad as it is. Our system lacks accountability and transparency. Even when we know there is corruption we are unable to address it. A good example was our Long Gun Registry. This was a data base with approximately 8 million entries, or long guns. The information for the data base was required by law to be supplied by the owners of the long guns and kept updated by those owners. Just about the easiest way to build a data base. If I contracted someone to build a similar data base it would cost maybe $2 million and that was the original estimate. Even with cost over runs $10 Million would be high. It cost us Billions of dollars. We know it is impossible to spend that kind of money on such a program without corruption, theft and fraud yet all we get is assurances that all the money is "accounted" for and we got good value for our money. Corruption can only exist when there is no accountability and a lack of transparency. Systems that do not require the government to account for the money it is spending and let people see where the money, right down to the dollar, is going are going to be corrupt.
Usually by hacking, and the code you use is wrong.Never try to get a Bad Egg, because it will corrupt your data! (And you can't get rid of it once you have it!)
you must specify what equipments you have connected.if only DVD+tv, check the video out from DVD to tv.Answerthe only thing it can be is the Yellow video cord. Either the cord you are using is bad or one of the plugs on the DVD player or tv is bad.
You could check that the laser head has dust covering the lens or has failed completely
Hard Drive:Possibly because your filesystem is broken or corrupt. TO FIX: MUST HAVE WINDOWS INSTALL DISK/RESTORE, THEN REINSTALL, MUST HAVE ACTIVATION KEY FOR REINSTALL! CD/DVD DRIVE: WORN OUT DISC, BROKEN CD/DVD PLAYER, CORRUPT/BROKEN OR NO FILESYSTEM, NO FILESYSTEM AS IN YOU NEED TO FORMAT THE DISC OR REPLACE YOUR CD/DVD DRIVE OR REPLUG IDE PLUG. FLOPPY DISK:NO FLOPPY IN DRIVE, BROKEN/DAMAGED DRIVE, CORRUPT OR UNFORMATTED DISK, UNPLUGGED IDE ON MOTHERBOARD. FIX: FORMAT FLOPPY, REPLACE FLOPPY DRIVE, PUT FLOPPY IN DRIVE. Disk read error is because your Harddisk's/CD/DVD drive/Floppy Drive is broken, corrupt, missing, unformatted or unplugged.
If the DVD is good, then the laser might be shot. Try about 3 or 4 CLEAN movies and if those don't work it's definitely the DVD player.
