That is a subject for historians to debate, and many articles have been written about it. Some Republican opponents of President Obama say he is the most corrupt, but the facts do not support such a claim. More likely, it would be someone like Warren G. Harding or Richard Nixon. I enclose a link to an article from the magazine U.S. News & World Report, which gave their opinion on some of the worst presidents.
I do not have information on specific corrupt politicians in Minnesota. However, politicians across the country have been involved in corruption scandals. It's important to stay informed and hold elected officials accountable for their actions.
Yes. You should be aware however, that most governments in the world have corruption at some degree. Mexico's corruption level would be greater than most developed nations, but much less than countries such as Egypt, Russia, Venezuela or Pakistan.
It is difficult to pinpoint the most corrupt country in the Caribbean as corruption levels can vary widely across the region. However, some countries, such as Haiti and Venezuela, have been consistently ranked as highly corrupt in global corruption perception indexes.
Corruption levels vary across Africa, making it difficult to pinpoint one single most corrupt country. Countries like Somalia, South Sudan, and Sudan have been consistently ranked as some of the most corrupt due to factors such as weak governance, lack of accountability, and ongoing conflicts that create conducive environments for corruption to thrive.
I think we could have instigated some things. I think that we also might have sold them the weapons so; we might be the most corrupt and dishonest country in the world. At least we are the the most barbaric country in the world those are the other countries just as afghanistan.
For most fallen politicians, BRIBERY and DRUGS seems to be the most corrupt cause. Also, INFIDELITY plays a huge role as well.

1. some politicians are corrupt 2. some politicians are in it for themselves 3. politics involves lots of compromise which looks like cinicism . . . . please help me think of more reasons . . .
Most human beings are selfish to a degree, and most people will want to get money if the can. It has been claimed that power corupts people, however some people say that people are corrupt naturally. These people argue that power creates opportunities for them to show that corruption. Because most politicians have power, they often use it for their own benefit. However, it can be argued that this does not really mean that they are more greedy than people who are not politicians, it just means that they have more opportunities than them.
Romania is a member of the European Union from 1 January 2007; this affiliation was not approved by the Romanian people after a plebiscite. It was only a decision of some corrupt politicians.

Well, it depends on there person most U.S. Politician's are in my opinion are greedy murders. But some people are good. It really just depends on your trust on the person. They may seem corrupt to you, but to someone else they're a patriot. Also be open to other idea's some people may look innocent but are liars look up "Alex jones, The bohemian grove." And see what he says if you wanna know about corruption. It's all opinion.

Immigrants from Germany usually arrived with some money and were most often skilled workers or educated people, such as writers and politicians.
No, I don't think you can call them that. Sociopaths usually have murderous or criminal intent and no sense of conscience, while politicians just want power and status (and the money that comes with it), and may have never planned to get caught up in political games when first starting out. Agreed, there are politicians who are dishonest (some have even gone to prison for taking bribes). And most politicians say whatever they think will get them elected, even if that means pandering to the needs of special interests-- the folks who fund their campaigns. But dishonest politicians are as old as politics itself, and dishonesty is a trait we can find in both major parties in the US (and most parties in other countries too). Further, politicians are all too aware of the need to say what they the voters want to hear; and sometimes, there are politicians who put expediency aside and speak from the heart. (And yes, I believe most politicians do have a heart.)But if you are wondering whether politicians feel any empathy or have any sincere emotions (sociopaths generally do not), I would hate to generalize. While I have known many corrupt and devious politicians during my years in media, I have also known many decent and caring people who sincerely thought they could make a difference by going into politics. It's unfair to say the majority of politicians lack empathy or have devious intent. Some are indeed disreputable and not to be trusted. But in my experience, most have good intentions and are no more and no less dishonest than the average person.
Like most things in this world it was because of money and power.
John Quincy Adams was elected by the House in 1825 after a "corrupt bargain" was apparently struck in which Henry Clay traded his votes to become Secretary of State.
