If you compare India with any country say PAKISTAN, Bangladesh or Afghanistan you will see that in spite of 100 mill population its much more beautiful. India has worlds greenest capital of the world "New Delhi", its new T3 IGI Airport world's 4th largest and beautiful. If you imagine a city with population of 4 cr what you imagine dirt, unorganized but that city of India is able to secure 6th position in world for its management and cleanliness. India is growing in all aspects. Telecommunications - India has 500 mill mobile owners/users in 2010, India ranks 2nd.

So you can count that poorer of poor can also afford Mobile in India and can use, so once they use the basic thing communication they will automatically be clean. India is known for their cultures and not for misbehaving!!
