The UK does not have provinces.

It consists of the countries of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(Northern Ireland is sometimes referred to as a province.)

Just to amplify that, you will see the word used, but purely informally, usually to refer to everywhere and anywhere external to London and its surrounding "Home Counties"! It has no official definition.
