If you mean establishing a government through violent means, then it can be a revolution, a coup, a junta, etc. If you mean a governmental establishment using weapons as a means of government control, then it is a military <insert government form here>. Ie, military junta, military dictatorship, military democracy (though usually called totalitarian democracy).
