Elizabeth II, queen of the UK and Canada is actually not allowed to vote. She is required to ask the political party with the most votes to form a government on her behalf. ('Votes' is a simplification, it's actually the party with more MPs in the House of Commons than every other party combined)

Other members of the royal family and members of the House of Lords are also not permitted to vote.
