Members of the United Kingdom Parliament meet in the Palace of Westminster in London. It is a two chamber Parliament (bi-cameral) with the elected Members, who are known as MP's, meeting in the House of Commons (or the Lower Chamber) and the appointed Lords and Bishops meeting in the House of Lords (or Upper Chamber).
Sitting times vary, but are usually Monday-Thursday (with occasional Friday's for debating what are called Private Members Bills). Parliament sits throughout the year, with holidays at Christmas, Easter, and other school holidays, before the Summer Recess which usually starts around late June/early July and lasts until after the Conservative Party Conference in October. There are no fixed rules for how many days or weeks a year Parliament should sit, and it is largely dependent on the progress of Government business.
MPs meet as part of the UK government in the Palace of Westminster, normally known as the Houses of Parliament.

Members of Parliament (MPs) typically meet to discuss bills in the parliamentary chambers, which vary by country. In the UK, for example, MPs convene in the House of Commons, while in the US, they meet in the House of Representatives or the Senate. Additionally, they may hold discussions in committee rooms where smaller groups focus on specific legislation. These settings facilitate debate, amendments, and decision-making on proposed laws.
