And South America especially Chile, Argentina Nicaragua, El Salvador, Southern Europe Greece, Italy, Germany and Southeast Asia Cambodia but it is a truth that results of this war affected all world

Also, Korea and Vietnam were part of the Cold War really, so I think that counts too

The Cold War was conducted globally. It was most visible with the Iron Curtain across Europe, but there were activities taking place all over. Hot spots included Korea, Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia) Cuba and Grenada and various occurances in Africa.

The cold war never really took place. It was when the USA and Russia threatened that they were going to launch nuclear missiles. There were arms bases stationed all throughout the coast of the USA, ready to launch missiles at the command of there leader (the president)
