To enhance situational awareness during an isolated event, the acronym PAID-E (Perceive, Analyze, Identify, Decide, Execute) can be a useful memory tool. This mnemonic device will help you remember the key steps to maintaining awareness and making informed decisions in challenging situations. Just remember to apply each step in the PAID-E process to stay focused and alert.

How you see your personality?

Some people use mirror-self image which is when you percieve what someone thinks about you by observing their body language and or facial expressions. But you have to be sure your not taking it the wrong way. When you see how others percieve you then think about what you are doing for them to have that opinion and work with it. Sooner or later you will be able to notice exactly how you look towards others and how your personality makes you look. As we all know, or need to understand anyway, personality makes your looks.

Can you have perception without sensation?

Interesting question, but even if sensation did exist without perception, how would the body respond? would that response be measureable, i think its a unanswerable question, but neverthe less a fruitful one.

Why do people likes and dislike certain foods?

Humans are born with an acquired taste for foods eaten by the mother, because an unborn baby can taste them in the amniotic fluid. Other reasons are cultural, what we are accustomed to eating, or genetic, variations in the way our olfactory systems and our brains percieve taste. The olfactoy system is highly complex, responding to thousands of chemicals. Its workings are only partly understood. As a footnote, I remember, as a five year old, tasting pineapple juice for the first time, on a Qantas jet,and the explosion of flavour was unforgettable, and I love the stuff to this day,and I get flashbacks to that moment. So, taste and smell are closlely linked to memory. Likes for certain foods can be acquired over time. As a child I hated celery, blue cheese, avocadoes, and oysters. I now love them all.
