There is no scientific evidence to suggest that cats have Synesthesia, a condition where one sensory experience triggers another, such as seeing colors when hearing sounds.
I am a real synesthete (that is what they are called). First of all, you cannot start synesthesia. You must be born with it. Synesthesia is not one thing, every synesthete has their own synetic way. The main thing is that somewhere in your brain, the five sences wires are mixed up. it is not a bad thing. it just means u r diffrent from others. For example, if u c a certain thing you might feel it. or if u c a letter u see a certain.
1 in 23 people have it. It is common. Unfortunately, the majority of synesthetes (people with synesthesia) don't realize they have it because the symptoms are so minor, they think it happens to everybody, or they just have never heard of it.
People with synesthesia experience a consistent, involuntary, elicited sensory impression in one sense or category in response to a triggering input from a different, unrelated sense or category. Consistent means the same trigger always causes the same sensory impression. Involuntary means it happens automatically, without the person's imagining it or willing it to happen. Some synesthetes are able to ignore or suppress their impressions, however. Synesthesia may seem stronger or weaker under different physical and emotional circumstances (stress, fatigue, illness, etc.)Triggers most commonly are letters or numbers, musical pitches or sounds, time units such as years, months or days of the week, tastes, smells, touch, pain, etc.A specific trigger consistently produces a specific sensory impression, such as a perception of color, texture, taste or shape. Most synesthetes describe very specific colors, textures, pressure sensations, etc. for their associated impressions. These stay the same throughout their lives. Every synesthete has a different set of associated impressions from every other synesthete.
When a person feels what another person feels by touching them it is called Extra Sensory Perception (ESP) or someone that is very astute of human nature and then it is called intuition.
Nymphomania (the addiction of sex) is not yet considered a viable medical condition. it is often protested that nymphomaniacs are actually suffering from another condition such as OCD, or Bi-polar disorder.
Synesthesia in Tagalog is "sinesestesiya." It is a sensory phenomenon where stimulation of one sense triggers an involuntary experience in another sense.
Synesthesia
One person in every 23 has one form of synesthesia or another. Around 1 in 90 have grapheme → color synesthesia where letters and numbers are tinged with color.
Synesthesia is a condition in which one sense (for example, hearing) is simultaneously perceived as if by one or more additional senses such as sight. Another form of synesthesia joins objects such as letters, shapes, numbers or people's names with a sensory perception such as smell, color or flavor. The word synesthesia comes from two Greek words, syn (together) and aisthesis (perception). Therefore, synesthesia literally means "joined perception."It is a condition, not a disorder. (I have it)
Graphemes are individual units of written language (letters or symbols), while synesthesia is a neurological condition where stimulation of one sensory pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in another pathway. In grapheme-color synesthesia, certain graphemes trigger a specific color sensation for individuals with this condition.

It is possible you are suffering from a condition called synesthesia. Synesthesia is a combination loan word from Greek (syn- meaning "together" and -aisthesis meaning "together"). This is a neurological condition where the stimulation of a cognitive or sensory pathway (sight, sound, taste, touch, smell, emotion) results in experiences with another cognitive or sensory pathway. For instance, those who experience color-graphemic synesthesia perceive numbers and letters or entire words in color patterns. While those who live with Ordinal-linguistic personification when presented with ordinal numbers, dates, months, and/or letters manifest different personalities or personas.
It compares the experience of one sense to another sense
Synesthesia is a condition in which one type of stimulation evokes the sensation of another; as in several senses. You don't really "get" synesthesia, you can inherit it genetically from your parents. It is often times passed on through the x chromosome, which explains why women are several times more likely to have it than men. You are most likely born with it and it is very rare. People who have lexical synesthesia see color in letters, numbers, or sounds,(and sometimes even in all three or just two). I learned a lot about it from " A Mango-Shaped Space" by Wendy Mass. This book is great, try it!
This could be possible through something called synesthesia. In synesthesia, one type of sensory input can trigger another type of sensation. There are many different types of synesthesia. Some are more common, such as the association of colors with numbers or letters, but most any combination could be possible.
This phenomenon is known as synesthesia, where stimulation of one sensory modality leads to the involuntary perception of another sense. For example, some individuals may experience seeing colors when hearing certain sounds or music. This blurring of sensory experiences is thought to occur due to cross-wiring or connectivity between different brain regions responsible for processing different senses.
