During sleep, your body rests and rejuvenates, but you do not die. Sleep is a natural state of rest that is essential for overall health and well-being.
Dreams often end abruptly because they are influenced by our brain's natural sleep cycles. As we transition from deeper stages of sleep to lighter stages, our dreams can be cut short, causing them to end just as they become more interesting or exciting.
because they are. its just natural.
When you can not move or talk when you wake up from a dream is that you have a demon may be holding you down or sitting on top on your chest watching you sleep. When they do that and your sleeping and you can't move is because while your sleeping they are actually talking to you evil things that make you dream crazy things and when you wake up you just feel some feeling really negative and you just can't move but the best thing to do is pray before you go to sleep and when you wake up with that problem when you can't talk or move pray in your mind because they can't hear what you have in your mind but god do
no they cant cos like when people sleep they baisically become unconcious so if they were standing up the would fall unconcious and fall down or if they were leaning on something they would slide down... Right?
The reason for that is probably nightmares or you are not comfortable in the position you are laying and while your sleeping your pretty much unaware of your actions and just move around a lot.If its because of nightmares ive heard thinking happy thoughts or having a better days will make your dreams more likeable. What helps me is if I go to my so called "happy place" before I go to sleep or I just think happy thoughts.
The reason is that your own (subconscious) mind is producing the dream AND controlling your sleep cycles. Your dreams are just as natural as your physical body, and similarly coordinated by your brain.
well it is just a natural affect no one knows not even them but you know some don't just sleep in that side
No, just he falls into a comatose state.
It's possible. If you don't get the adequate sleep or proper nutrition, etc. it can weaken the body's natural cycles. But if you are in the beginning of having period too, like only your first year or two, it is normal to miss a period just because.
Largely they are just there for the warmth of your body, and because they like you, and want to be near you. If they sit on your lap when you are awake, they are just continuing that activity by laying on you when you sleep.
The more you sleep the more sleep you want is not necessarily true. As long you get eight hours of sleep every day your body will work just fine. Sleeping more or less than eight hours for prolonged period of times is not good for the body.
I read the last answer and just thought I'd improve--- There are many reasons we need to sleep. The main is if we don't sleep we can become irratible, unfocused and find it difficult to do daily tasks Feel free to improve my answer if you don't think it is correct. :) Sleep is a requirement from your body to function. Your physical body has to rest and your mind has to rest. The body works in overdrive while you are awake and when you go into sleep, receptors in your brain allow certain tasks to happen while you sleep. Ie. certain chemicals are released to fight cancer when you sleep. also be u dont sleep then u will just be like this at school oh stuff this i dont care about work i will just go to sleep
Ambian CR (controlled released) is a prescription sleeping pill. Most doctors prefer this one over many of the older ones, since it has less potential for abuse. But, just like most prescription sleep aids, there is still some potential for abuse with this med. Melatonin is a hormone that is produced naturally by the body, which signals the body's natural circadian rhythms for sleep and wakefulness. When experiencing insomnia, whether due to stress, jet lag, etc., an increase in this hormone can help the body get to sleep more easily, and sleep better during the night. Melatonin can be purchased without a prescription in most grocery stores, pharmacies and health food stores, and can be quite effective in helping your body restore its natural sleep/wake cycle.
Natural instincs. Just like we know how to breathe, eat, sleep, etc.
they don't, it's just more comfortable and better for your body.
They don't technically "sleep" in the way that we do, you know, like going into an unconcious state and undergoing all the cycles of sleep. They just rest, according to most research.
because their body needs to grow and when you are tired its just your bnes trying to grow outof that sizeurin now and when yougo to sleep your bones and body restoresit self that is why you grow mostly in ur sleep
