The reason for that is probably nightmares or you are not comfortable in the position you are laying and while your sleeping your pretty much unaware of your actions and just move around a lot.If its because of nightmares ive heard thinking happy thoughts or having a better days will make your dreams more likeable. What helps me is if I go to my so called "happy place" before I go to sleep or I just think happy thoughts.
