I'm a filipino yet I'm very emotional. No, not ALL Filipinos are very emotional. You might see filipino dramas in shows, and people there are emotional cause its a drama. But I can tell you not all Filipinos are emotional. It depends what people are. You could be Irish and be emotional. It's not about the race, it's about themselves :].
