Well, it's mostly in your head. When ur bored, you automatically slow down and come to realize how u feel and everything.....RLLY hard to explain it but the best way to explain it is the next time when you feel bored, think about the way ur acting.......(desperate and slow rofl)

What is hunger based on?

Hunger is based on the food in your stomach going to different parts of your body and being burned off when you exercise and such and your stomach sends a signal to your brain telling you your hungry. When you are bored you tend to be hungry and eat even if you just ate and if you chew gum you tend to be hungry because your stomach opens up thinking that you are going to swallow something because you are chewing but you aren't so then you are hungry.
