In high school, if there was a fight, and a Black and a Hispanic were just nearby minding their own business, then yes, a teacher most likely will assume it is them who had a fight. This is unfortunate but true, and of course, you will be looked down upon if a person were to see a fight on your transcript.
In college, though, if you were a race other than white and have good grades, you will be more likely be accepted because in order for a college to look good, they need to have a more diverse population.
