Every day that you can be confident in your abilities, your talents and yourself adds one more day to your history.

Over time, as you remember the past, you will be able to call on those days when you knew that you did your best, you got the answer right, your kindness made someone else's life better, and more.

The more days you build in your history full of your accomplishments that you were able to perform based on your confidence, the higher you'll be able to build your self-esteem.

Remember, only you can measure and build your self-esteem: no one else has that power.

Confidence can help boost self-esteem by allowing you to believe in your abilities and worth. When you feel confident, you are more likely to take on challenges, set and achieve goals, and handle setbacks with resilience, all of which can contribute to a sense of self-worth and confidence in your own abilities.

Square your shoulders, straighten your spine, lift your chin up and work on your most flambouyant smile. Practice a fiece gait and you've got it down. The smile is important. Smile a lot. This will fool people at first glance and you maybe capable of fooling a mass of people for a while, but eventually the true level of self esteem starts to seep through the cracks.... But the good news is, if you can make yourself look confident by doing the above and you follow through with it for a while eventually you will start to actually FEEL confident.
