its realy hard but just be strong and maybe ask them if they want to go jogging or hit the gym that's all you have to do. don't be afraid to that's the biggest thing.
You can try to tell them that you are so sorry, will never do it again, and tell them you know it was a big mistake and to please not tell them, but no guarentees.
If your parents do not already know about your depression tell them that you have been feeling sad lately and that you think it would be best for you if you saw a professional. If they are like my parents, and do not want to spend money on a psychiatrist, there are some emergency, and free professionals. If your parents already know about your depression, tell them the same thing. They should be able to understand. Good luck. I hope this helped.
No, but if you live in their house and you are 18, they can legally kick you out.
This is a sure way to ruin the sisterhood between you and your sister for life. Parents are the ones who should discipline and if they do not know how there are better ways like taking things away. Any child child psychologist will tell you this. Suggest therapy instead.
That is a broad generalization and borderline sexist. Not all overweight women have low-self esteem. Some overweight women might have more self esteem than certain "fit" women, or overweight men, or skinny men, you name it. Self esteem is not linked to body size it is dependent of numerous circumstances. While every person will have there own reasons for low self esteem, an overweight woman might have feelings of dislike of their body size causing a lack of confidence
Since you didn't tell us how tall you are, there is no way for us to know if you are overweight or not.
Even if you are overweight you will still have the same problems of nausea, cramps and hard nipples.
Can you go on a diet with me. You and I can do it together. Or if you're not overweight, you could say, "How do you feel about your body mass?"
Ask your parents or doctor.

It would probably be best for your body if she lost a few pounds. answer: no! that is an average weight for her height and theres nothing to worry about. her parents shouldn't be putting her down like that. answer: no that is definatley NOT overweight at all!!!!

You can calculate your body mass index (BMI). Just google it and it'll tell you if you're underweight, healthy, overweight, or obese.
It is not necessarily hereditary but an overweight mother or father is more likely to have an overweight child simply based on how they eat. On the other hand, 2 healthy parents can have an overweight child even though they eat healthy.
For an adult, a BMI -- or body mass index -- of 25 is overweight while a BMI of 30 or more is obese. For children it varies by age.

Speak and tell. Write and make them read. Go to doctor who will tell them. Tell a relative or friend, who tell your parents.
