Average IQ is always 100.

That means you are SMART! That is, if you took a REAL Ph.D certified I.Q. test, and there are many scams out there. So don't get too confient yet. Also, I.Q. is subjective. I know people with ">130 I.Q. s" that always ask me what 9 times 8 is, and other things like that. Intelligence tested in I.Q. tests are problem solving skills, and there are many kinds of smarts. Book smarts, and street smarts. Both are essential for a sucessfull life in the workforce.
That is completely up to you. I am a 13 year-old girl and I have an IQ of 137. Therefore, you decide for yourself if you think that is a good score or not.
In 1982, a good PSAT score would have been around 60-80 for each section (Verbal and Math). Scores may have varied slightly depending on the specific test form and year, but generally, a total score in the range of 120-160 would have been considered competitive.
An IQ score of 108 is considered average, falling within the range of 85-115. It is neither particularly good nor bad, but rather represents a typical level of cognitive ability for a 31 year old male. IQ scores are just one measure of intelligence and don't provide a complete picture of an individual's abilities.
A score of 125 on an IQ test is considered above average. It suggests that the individual possesses strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities compared to the general population. This is a good score, regardless of age or gender.
From what I remember learning at school... IQ follows the natural curve. That means given the average score and the standard deviation we can begin to define what a good score is. The average for IQ tests, by design is 100. So, right off the bat we see that every score is above average, and therefore they are all good scores, relative to the mean. It doesn't matter what age you are, your score can be compared to anyone's. We also know the standard deviation for IQ scores is 15, so we can begin to quantify how good the scores are if we know how standard deviation works. We know that 50% of the people will score below 100. If we move one standard deviation better than the mean we get 115. That's better than 84% of people. 90% of people will score under 130 (two standard deviations better than average). 99.4% of people will score under 145 (three standard deviations). 99.99% score under 160 (four s.d) 99.99997% score under 175 (five s.d.) (about 1 in 3 million score higher) 99.9999999% score under 190 (six s.d) (about 1 in 1 billion score higher) Finally, 99.9999999999% score under 205 (seven s.d.) (about 1 in 1 trillion score higher (an impossible score)). I know the percentages because that is just how standard deviations work. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_deviation Your question is inappropriate as all IQ tests are "normed". Any score will be relative to other children or adults of the same age. These tests are intentionally tested on children of different ages to discover what a "normal" child of a given age will score. The IQ score is how the individual did in relation to that normalized score. Anything over 100 is better than that age normed score and anything below 100 is below that normalized score.

good
Yes, it is very good.
yeah
Its well above average
If you are talking about the fitness test, the higher the number, the worse your score. The score stands for what age of body you have. E. g. If your score is 20, you have a 20-year-old's body type.
An IQ score of 123 on a validated IQ test is very good, well above average. A score of 123 is better than over 90% of the population.
Please see my answer in this section to the question: What does an IQ of 121 mean?
That depends on which test the score was received on. Before, the test was scored with a total of 1600 points. If, as a 12 year old, you received 1214 on that test it is extraordinary! Recently, however, there was another section added to the test, making it worth 2400 points. If, as a 12 year old, you received 1214 on THAT test, I am not quite sure how it measures up. It is probably OK. I hope that is what you were looking for! Much Love, ~Monkophile~
Age doesn't matter when determining if an IQ score is good or not. 140 is well above average. (The average score is 100.) This is the IQ of an intellectual. If this score is from an online test, I would advise you to not believe it. These tests are not accurate. You need to take a real test if you want to determine your actual IQ.
yes it is a great score that means with a decent sat score you can go to a 4 year college congratulations
The Pre-Scholastic Aptitude Test score ranges from 60 to 240. The average final PSAT score for 10th grade is about 125. The average PSAT score for 11th grade is roughly 140. The overall average in 2014 was 142.
