ANSWER 1 If you don't like the way you look, then change how you look like. Do some fix ups, by getting a nice haircut, dying your hair in a natural color and not in other weird colors, shave, and just confidently be yourself! Then, since you have yourself fixed up, if you don't have a girlfriend already but you've already got a girl in mind, go ask her out as I'm sure she'll be attracted to you too and you'll never feel like you're ugly anymore once you're together with her!
