Well if you want to stop blushing the main thing you need to do it use vegtable oil right before you go to sleep at night. I know this sounds stupid but it works. I used to not blush until middle school. I can't talk to girls because I'm scared to get red. Use Lotions or creams of any kind. There's something out there called Hiocream it works.. you just need to relax.. like when your getting yelled at or anything just stay calm.. try not to say anything that you don't have to. If your usually the class bad person in class like me, then just try not to say anything. Turn your head back and forth slowly. Be aware of your breathing and how you inhale and your stomach gets bigger. When your getting red try to hide your face. If someone notices it might get redder. When you blush don't think about it. Don't touch your face. These are simple yet affective steps to stop blushing. i have a huge blushing problem. I noticed its not as noticeable when I'm tanner. At school I blush more because there are tons of people that can see you and you just feel really exposed. so i bring a water bottle that was in the fridge for the night so its really cold and drink the whole thing in the morning and at lunch. Then i buy a really cold one from the cafeteria or a vending machine for the rest of the day. It must cool your skin down or something cause it really works. i also drink around 3/4 of a cold waterbottle before a presentation and it works so well. if you dont have cold water just stay hydrated. and if you feel yourself blushing take deep breaths and look away for a second so you don't get self conscious. or if you are in class or something like that just start working on you worksheet or something. also try to think about something else. like if you are in spanish class think about how to say something in spanish. hope i helped
