Bipolar cells
The receptor cells that convert light energy into neural signals are called photoreceptor cells. These cells are located in the retina of the eye and are responsible for producing electrical signals in response to light stimulation.
The brain sends out the signals when you are angry. It needs to bring out energy so you shout.
Sensation is basically using ones sense organs and getting the stimuli...like smell, visuals etc but perception is broader it deals with selection, organization and interpretation of that stimuli....one who percieves have more processes ie top down and bottom-up etc
The four components involved in the perception of a sensation are stimulus, sensory receptors, neural processing, and perception. Stimulus is the physical energy that triggers a response in sensory receptors. Sensory receptors detect the stimulus and convert it to neural signals. Neural processing occurs when these signals are transmitted to the brain and interpreted. Perception is the conscious awareness and interpretation of the sensation.
Sensation.
Energy is the ability to do work or cause motion. It comes in many forms, such as kinetic energy (energy of motion) and potential energy (energy stored in an object). Energy can be transferred or transformed from one form to another.
Sensory receptors translate physical energy into neural signals.
Loudspeakers and earphones convert electrical energy to sound energy. LCD monitors, plasma screens, and CRTs make images out of electrical signals.
The function of the eye is to act as a receptor to light (electromagnetic energy). The eye contains the necessary elements to focus the light, convert the energy of that light into neurological signals, and then transmit those signals to the brain so the brain can interpret them.
IF you use speaker as microphone, you can use it as a transducer to convert soun energy into electrical signals
The transduction of energy for receptor response depends on the energy being captured. In English, Eyes respond to light, Ears respond to sound.
Receptor potential or generator potential.
receptor or generator potential
Receptor potential or generator potential.
That is achieved by an instrument called a microphone.
Here Energy signals are limited but power signals can exist to infinite distance. Non periodic signals are energy signals while power signals are periodic.
they are called evergreen.
That is called a generator, or a dynamo.
