BMW and Mercedes build their cars outside their native places like their plants are mainly in South Africa.. another opportunity is through increased foreign assisgnments.. challenges like workforce diversity,cross cultral leadership,decision making,communication,dual career couple , stimulating innovation and change in the organisation.
