A lot of young people make hasty decisions. Just think about all the possible outcomes before you make a decision. This creates a person with wisdom. Stay informed by reading newspapers or watching tv news. Keep an open mind as news media are sometimes biased. Register to vote and don't let others convince you as to how you need to vote. Be informed on your own and make your own decision. Last, but certainly not least, ask God to help you with any important decisions. He'll help you find your life mate, as he did mine. Bumper sticker wisdom aside, I'd advise to: yearn for knowledge, seek wisdom, show concern, ask for help and direction(s), love always, be in truth, have willingness, be joyful, strive to better all you can: as you can, Call Mom-make Dad laugh/proud. In your prime, make old ladies blush. Fill your life well and time will have been proud to have been worn by you.
Be curious, open-minded, and willing to learn from others. Embrace change and diversity. Take risks, follow your passions, and don't be afraid to make mistakes.
