If someone ask how is her day do you need to use past tense?

If you are asked 'How was your day?' then you would respond in past tense.

How do you have a good day?

The phrase "Have a good day" is now commonly used by staff at the cash-out registers in lieu of saying "Thanks for shopping with us/at Coles Supermarket" or wherever. It is a meaningless statement which you have no control over: it's a bit like saying "Don't get run over by a bus".

What is a good sentence for stressor?

When you add another stressor in your normal working day it becomes cumulative.

The day after the day before the day after yesterday?

In such questions we need to search for the starting point or the clue. The clue in the question is the word "Yesterday" which is at the last. So this is our starting point. Now lets divide the sentence into 4 parts... The day after/ the day before/ the day after yesterday So coming from back....the day after yesterday= today then continuing it....the day before( today)....is yesterday... The day after (yesterday)...is today... Or After dividing we find day after , day before as cancellation pair...and we are left with the day after yesterday......answer is Today.

Why do people have good and bad days?

It is because of their mood or personality they're feeling on that particular day. If they slept late, or couldn't sleep, this could cause them to have a bad mood, and because of their attitude, they'll have a bad day. Also, sometimes if you're feeling bad about yourself and think you're unlucky or think negative, then you'll actually have a bad day, vise versa, if you have a positive attitude on that day and feel confident, then you'll most likely have a good day.
