The main perspective in psychology is to answer the question everyone asks, "why do we do things the way we do it?" Why does a child cry when you put him/her on punishment? Why do we get nervous before getting up in front of people and speaking? How does the brain work? What makes us say/do the things we do? Psychologist are bright people who work to figure these questions everyone asks.
