I have the same, on the left side tip of my nose also it looks like the cartilage has swollen on that side. I have had this for about 6 months ans it seems to have increased. I went to my doctors who has refered me to an ENT specialist as not sure but thinks it could be a cyst???? I have no pain although I do get a bit of a sharp shock if I start poking it. Anyone else had this??????????
