Well, to get into a bachelor's degree program you usually just need to have graduated from High School or have a GED instead. Specific programs might require more, depending on how competitive they are... but any high school graduate can go to college if he or she isn't too picky about the college. :) Most community college programs are inexpensive (comparatively) and quite good, and even a two-year program, if you do well, will help you transfer to a program somewhere else.

You will decide upon your major and you will then have a list of course requirements for that specific major along with prerequisites. Each major is different and requires different courses to be taken. But to start off with you usually have to have Freshman English I and II, College Algebra, some kind of history class, some fine arts, and electives, and some science classes.

You need to earn about 45 credit hours a year for 4 years, fulfilling the requirements specific to your major (it's different for all bachelor's degrees).

What is the average salary for master's degree in Psychology?

Salary and earning potential are strictly dependent on the type of field you are in, your position within that field, the institution you work for, experience, expertise, personal abilities, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, dedication and commitment toward ones work, and more. In other words, there is no standard salary particular to a master's degree in psychology, or any other type of degree. Thus, salary is not so much dependent on the type of degree as much as it is dependent on the person who holds the degree.
