More specifically it is the perspective of the health worker. Mental and emotional health tend to be tied together and usually refer to the same thing. And that has to do with a person's ability to deal with stress that is caused by daily life situations and periods of trauma and hardship or disease, or loss of friends or family or job career.
A client's living arrangement can impact their socializing willingness and ability if they don't feel comfortable or safe in their environment. Poor physical health can also affect socializing by limiting energy levels or causing pain that may make social activities challenging. These factors can contribute to social isolation or reluctance to engage with others.
Health psychology aims to understand how biological, psychological, and social factors influence health and illness. Its scope includes studying how behavior, emotions, and thoughts impact physical health, as well as developing interventions to promote health and prevent illness.
