Teens aren't usually to loud. Black teens always are, but i myself am not loud. I think it's because teens feel funnier and more in charge the louder they are, and repeating themselves makes whatever they said ten times less funny. Being a teen i think its 100 percent for the funny. Though it just makes us sound obnoxious (miracle if that's spelled right).
