Had you said something along the lines that you felt so terrified you could barely get out of bed, and the prospect of doing a day's work and dealing with clients or coworkers or even the coffee pot filled you with palpable mortal dread, I would still feel fairly confident that you would be able to get relief coz I been there, done that.
