Everyone wants to be accepted and loved, and this forces everyone to be vulnerable to harm as well as love, as you are not truly in love unless you can or have been hurt in a relationship. People fear a deeper commitment because of the risk of having their hearts broken by someone who isn't as pue intentioned as they are. You want someone you romantically care about to say, eventually, that he or she loves you, but if you say it, any or all pauses between yours and his, regardless of what he says, is a touchy situation. Love is a gamble too many times, which is why you must really know him in order for you to say that you love him or her, as he or she may not feel that way, or may even be scared off by such love and devotion, as they are not ready to get that deep and involved quite yet.

This paradoxical feeling can manifest when the desired outcome is linked to uncertainty or change, triggering fear of the unknown. It may also stem from self-doubt or concerns about handling the responsibilities or consequences that come with achieving the desired goal. Recognizing and addressing these fears can be a crucial step towards pursuing what you truly want.
