You can't, Leicester is about 140 Km from London. If you want to go from Heathrow airport to Leicester, you need to first take the tube (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow to St Pancras station, and then take an Inter-City train to Leicester.

But, if you mean "Leicester Square", that is in London. In this case you can simply take the Piccadilly line, which goes direct from Heathrow to Leicester Square.
