There is no direct bus, no. The best I can offer as an answer is a 3 hr+ trip:
* First 26 to Hadleigh * Arriva 5 to Lakeside * Arriva 370 or Blue Triangle 575 to Romford I am assuming that you only want to travel by bus, and not on the train.
It is a lot better if you plan this yourself. Go to
and enter your home postcode as the "From" point (you could just enter "Canvey" but it's a bit non-specific. Don't use "canvey island", though) and Romford as your destination, and say when you want to travel. There are lots of other options too, including the ones that turn the trains off.
