No. Currently you can catch a train to RENNES and a bus from there (about an hour and a quarter), or a train to PONTORSON and then a 15-minute bus ride. There are about 4 fast trains to Pontorson each day, and buses are timed to synchronise with them.

However, the approach to Mont Saint-Michel is being reorganised, and soon the monument will be approached only by a new bridge open only to residents (there are very few of those) and to public transport; when this happens the frequency of buses may well increase.
