No, the only city in the state of Nevada that would offer underground puplic transit would be Las Vegas. Public transportation in Las Vegas includes City buses, shuttles, taxi and above ground tram. Trams in Las Vegas run on the Vegas strip and run between hotels and casino's of common ownership.
