The E doesn't stop at 59th Street-Columbus Circle, but you can transfer easily. Then transfer to the E at 50th Street or 42nd Street-Port Authority.

You can also take the Downtown B or D trains (of the B-D-F-M, the orange line), 1 stop, to 7th Avenue-53rd Street. The E also stops at 7th Avenue-53rd Street.
