The dictionary... But still, noone would EVER read the dictionary. Maybe a pocket dictionary, or just use your laptop :D Really cuz my friend reads the dictionary.

Read a dictionary, or sound words out... sounding it out doesn't always work so if you read a dictionary... you can learn the words that do not work
you could get it out of your local libary, read it online by just putting "eclipse" in on google or best of all buy it so you can read it when ever you want

You can learn how to read these online or in a Chinese to English dictionary. The dictionary is mostly for word but it has numbers in the end or beginning depending on who made it.

There are a few different places one can read a legal dictionary. There are many that can either be purchased or read at a local library. Legal advice should only be received from a licensed lawyer, however.
