I'm sure this isn't the longest, but the longest I currently use is 129 hexadecimal characters long generated by

du -ah /var/log | sha512

Naturally, I don't intend to ever sign in using that password -- that's the whole idea of doing it. I can either use a one time password using skey or use ssh to log in using an ed25519 key.

There is no longest or biggest number. You can always add one more - or add one more digit - to get a larger number.

The largest number typically referred to in history is a “googol” (10^100), which is a 1 followed by 100 zeros. However, there is no limit to the size of numbers in mathematics or theory.

There is theoretically no limit to how long the longest password in the world could be. It is however many characters the platform you are running it on can handle.
