somebody cracked 28 times
No it does not.
It is caused by a gas being released from a part of your knuckles ;D
The popping or crackling noise heard when "cracking your knuckles" is caused by synovial fluid filling the vacuum left by the joint's displacement.

NO! Popping your knuckels just pushes the joint out and back into its normal postition. The sound that comes from popping them comes from the gas of the fluid that is between the bones as they are poppin in the fluid. It wont make your knuckles larger, but you might make your grip weaker if you do it too much cause it can start causing problems, such as arthritis.
Bubbles of Gas
The sound of knuckles cracking is caused by gas bubbles rapidly collapsing in the synovial fluid in the joints. This release of gas creates a popping or cracking sound.
Cracking your knuckles releases the nitrogen from in between your joints.
The record for the most knuckles cracked in one minute is held by a person who managed to crack their knuckles 118 times. This unique record highlights both the ability to crack knuckles rapidly and the dedication to achieving such a feat. Knuckle cracking itself is a common habit, but reaching this level requires a specific technique and practice.
know it just takes off the joint. But if you have big knuckles you will die in 3 days.
No actually! An experiment was done and when you crack your knuckles an explosion happens (Now don't get me wrong. Your knuckles are not blowing up.) and that is what causes the cracking sound. Despite the "explosion" the knuckle remains intact and unharmed.
Cracking your knuckles does not directly cause arthritis. The sound is produced by gas bubbles popping in the fluid within the joint. However, repetitive and excessive knuckle cracking can lead to joint damage and weaker grip strength over time.
