Here is what you do:

  • roll in the bed
  • count to 100
  • play Video Games
  • call a friend
  • think about a person u admire

Well first you should turn of the computer and go read or watch tv for a while then go try to sleep again.

Try these methods:

  • Listen to some soothing music. Nothing loud that keeps you awake.
  • Do NOT sleep with a full stomach. Before you sleep, drink some warm milk.
  • Close you eyes and 'day dream'. Eventually your mind will wander off and let you sleep.
  • If this is an environment problem (your mattress, sounds around you, ect...), turn off all machines, if you can, that makes noise. If you have machines that make noise out of your control, buy ear plugs. If it is sight problems, buy an eye mask. If your mattress bothers you, consider buying another that makes you more comfortable.
Try methods that makes you comfortable.

If this is a medical problem, ask your doctor for medicine to help you.
