The Indian with the highest measured IQ ever is Neha Ramu. In 2013, she was just 13 years old. Her Mensa IQ of 162 puts her above both Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking in intelligence.

In 2014, Suveer Singh of US got 174 on his IQ test when he was thirteen. I am not sure if that would count, since he is American, but we all know Indians are the smartest.
