No, there isn't anything in the Talmud which needs to be tiptoed around just to make a good impression on non-Jews. Reading something from the actual Talmud would impress you with how universal human respect is even from centuries ago. The internet has repopularized the "real truth about the Jewish Talmud" which is a bunch of real lies. They have been in existence since medieval times. To create them, a word is often mistranslated; such as saying "Balaam" is really "Jesus". Balaam doesn't sound like Jesus in any language. Another example is to translate the name "Jesu" as being "Jesus". Jesu does sound more like Jesus; but the Talmud identifies him specifically as the Jesu who had 5 disciples, that Jesu and his students were executed by stoning. We know Jesus had 12 disciples, etc. When you find quotes which are all translated exactly the same, including page numbers, you have found manufactured quotes.
