There are ten views that are not essential towards one's spiritual life:-1) The universe is eternal2) The universe is not eternal3) The universe is finite4) The universe is not finite5) The soul is the same as the body6) The soul is one thing and the body is another thing7) The Buddha exists after death8) The Buddha does not exist after death9) The Buddha both exist and not exist at the same time10) The Buddha both not exist and not not exist at the same time.
According to Lord Buddha there is no beginning date or ending date to the universe. Everything around us one day born and one day die. As Buddha's teaching we cannot think about universe in the same way. How much we consider this much universe exist. But everything is changing always nothing permanent other than the Nirvana. In the Buddhism infinite universe is divide in to units called Lokadhatu(Sakwala/Solar system) , 1000 Lokadhatus(Sahasri Lokadhatu), 1000,000 Lokadhatus(Divi-Sahasri Lokadhatu) and 1000,000,000 Lokadhatus(Thri-Sahasri Lokadhatu/Galaxy?).These units form and destroy cyclically without end.

Buddha means the Fully Enlightened One. He became the Buddha through the realisation of the intrinsic / true nature of all things in the universe, including existence / mind & body / life.
Buddha did not believe on God as a creator of this universe or almighty controlling day to day activities of a being. Neither Buddha believes that God rewards a being for his good actions nor punishes to his bad activities. Buddha believes that Kamma or action itself rewards or punishes a being for his right and wrong activities respectively. However Buddha believes that there are several planes of existence of life in the Universe. The God is one of them.
God, of course. Buddha is just the Chinese equivalent of Jesus.
