Can people who die and go to heaven get married in heaven?

This question assumes the both of you rate entry to heaven. To the married, heaven offers advantages besides "just being together" such as sex. This (at least in the Christian heaven) seems to be absent. This reduces being married in heaven seems to reduce to be "Will you have friends in heaven" which interferes with spending the whole day praising god and not liking any one or thing better. Again a "no real advantage" case.

There appears no reason to be married in heaven.

I don't think it mentions anywhere in The Bible about marriage in heaven but i believe it will be unnessecary. In heaven there will be neither death nor birth. Those who are there will stay there for eternity

Another answer:Jesus made it very clear that there will be no marriage in the age to come.

Luke 20:34-36 - And Jesus answered and said to them, "The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage. But those who are counted worthy to attain that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. [NKJV]

According to the teachings of Jesus, a woman who dies will be remarried to her first husband and a man who dies will be remarried to his wife.
