Some would say that Christianity needs Satan, since without him, we would be entirely responsible for our own sins and our own redemption. The concept of almost helpless vulnerability has its converse in the need for a saviour.
As the King of the Messianic Kingdom, the promised Seed, Jesus Christ, will 'bruise Satan in the head.' The time is need for Jesus to administer a fatal blow to "the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan," and thus release mankind from his wicked domination. (Genesis 3:15; Revelation 12:9)
This passage in Genesis 3:15 is often interpreted as a prophecy of the ultimate victory of Jesus Christ over Satan. The "seed" refers to Jesus (from Eve) and Satan, with the bruising of the head representing a fatal blow to Satan's power and the bruising of the heel symbolizing a temporary setback for Jesus. It's seen as a foreshadowing of the redemption and defeat of evil through the sacrifice of Christ.
Can a baby have a blow heart? and what is a blow heart?
Fatal = resulting in deathBlow = a strike or hit
"Fatal" means deadly, so a blow that is fatal would be a blow that kills you. In other words, it is the hit that causes death to a person. It can also be used in other contexts, a fatal blow to a company for instance, could mean that a competitor has produced a more successful product and rendered that company defunct.

A blow that has a higher than 70% chance of causing death. AKA Fatal Wound
To understand the scripture found at Genesis 3:15, there has to be an identification of the players mentioned. Genesis 3:15 says, "And I will put enmity between you and the woman and between your offspring and her offspring. He will crush your head and you will strike him in the heel." Satan the Devil was who God was speaking to, hence the "you" mentioned is Satan. The "woman" is revealed as God's heavenly organization of spirit creatures. Satan would have "offspring" or those opposed to God's spirit directed organization on earth. The offspring of the woman would include Jesus Christ and his loyal followers. Jesus would give a death dealing blow to Satan and his followers by removing them permanently or "crushing his head." Satan would essentially "strike" Jesus in the heel, killing Jesus, but only to have God resurrect him three days later and give him immortality.
No you go into potentially fatal shock.
If the blow was fatal you would never recover. If the blow was very light you would just say "ow" and you would be OK. In between the two - that depends on how hard the blow was.
Genesis 3:15, "And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel." After God curses the physical serpent in verse 14 He then turns to the spiritual serpent, Satan. This "first gospel' is prophetic of the struggle and its outcome between "your seed" (Satan and unbelievers), who are called the Devils children (John 8:44, and her seed (Christ, a decendant of Eve, and those in Him. "He' is Christ who will one day defeat Satan. Satan could only bruise Christ heel, while Christ will bruise Satan's head(Destroy him with a fatal blow).
This comes from Genesis 3:15 ...it shalt bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. This means that Satan will have power to tempt man but man will also have the power to withstand Satan's temptations.Further Comment:Genesis 3:15 (King James Version)15And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. This passage has also been taken by many Bible interpreters in its context to be the first reference to Jesus Christ who would be the one 'seed of the woman' who would 'bruise Satan's head -a reference to the final and fatal blow (a bruise on the heel not normally being fatal) to be dealt on Satan and his kingdom by Jesus' suffering and death. The 'it' of course referring to the ultimate seed of the woman, Jesus Christ, who would do the bruising by His redeeming work. The enmity between two different 'seeds' refers to the constant enmity which occurs between those who are true children of God and those who hate them and will do all they can to resist the truth which the God-believers would proclaim.
