There aren't particular atheist holidays; technically "holidays" is a contraction of "holy days" so it wouldn't really make sense. However, there are secular holidays in most countries - in the UK we have Bank Holidays which can be secular (such as May Day or August Bank Holiday) or religious (Easter Monday and Christmas Day are bank holidays).

For what it's worth, Halloween is a religious holiday. The word Halloween is a corruption of Hallow E'en which is a shortening of All Hallows Evening, which is simply the night before All Saints Day. All Hallows Eve is to All Saints Day exactly as Christmas Eve is to Christmas Day.
