Jesus followed Buddhas teachings and learned many of Buddhist practices while he was "missing" for several years in his younger years, he was reported to be a visitor in Buddhist monasteries Himalaya regions of todays Nepal, erstwhile India. There is No God or God worshiping in Buddhism or Buddhas teachings. So, it is not a right question to ask why Jesus worship Buddha. However, Ask the question, did Jesus followed Buddhas teachings? The answer is Yes, Jesus learned and taught Buddhas teachings?

They do not pray to Buddah, but they do admire him. The goal of Buddhism is to live your life with no reliability to anyone or anything. Once you finally reach this state where you are attached to nothing and no person, then you are able o reach Zen. This is why they are only allowed 4 things, a needle, alms bowl, razor, and a water strainer (discluding their robe).

So the answer is no. They want to become like Buddah, in the sense that they want to disattach themselves from anyone and anything, but they do not pray to Buddah.

It would depend on the tradition followed. Thedavara, the most ancient tradition does not worship any God at all. Marayana Buddhism and it's many aspects, most common forms of which are Tibetan and Zen, do worship Gods, but not in the same manner as the Judeo-Christian-Islamic faiths.
