Roman Catholic AnswerVirginity is the state of bodily integrity in either sex. This integrity may be physical or moral, and either factual or intentional. Strictly speaking a person is physically a virgin if he or she has not had sexual intercourse with a person of the opposite sex. Moral virginity means the absence of any wilful consent to venereal pleasure; and again, strictly speaking, with a person of the opposite sex. Obviously, outside of a special miracle from the Almighty, no one is going to get the physical integrity back once lost, but morally speaking, I think this is between you and God; although you could ask your confessor about it. extracted from Modern Catholic Dictionary byJohn A.
