Do Muslims drink the blood of their enemies?

Never Ever,

Muslims never at any time allowed to drink the blood of their enemies or even blood of any animal.

Muslims are commanded by God to be kind and tender to all people, regardless their religion or race or color, unless Muslims are fought or attacked on cause of Muslims faith or are expelled from their homes because of their religion.

In the Quran, Holy book of Islam, God has said:

" God does not forbid you from showing kindness and dealing justly with those who have not fought you about religion and have not driven you out of your homes. God loves just dealers." (Quran, chapter 60/ verse 8)

Even in military conflicts, Prophet Mohamed (peace upon him) prohibited soldiers from killing women, children, old people, or any civilian. He would advise them: {...Do not betray, do not be excessive, do not kill a newborn child.} And he also said: {Whoever has killed a person having a treaty with the Muslims shall not smell the fragrance of Paradise, though its fragrance is found for a span of forty years.}

Also, Prophet Mohamed (peace upon him) has forbidden killing or punishment with fire.

Over the history of Islam, Muslims are forbidden in any military conflict to kill a civilian, a woman, a child, or an old man. They are forbidden of cutting a tree or destroying homes or worship places. They are commanded to pay respect to the killed enemies and not to do any harm to the corpses of the dead enemies.
