I think that it is impossible for there to be anything that is divine/human. If The Bible is divine, then it assuredly isn't human. Even if you believe that we are created in God's image, we are still far short of divine ourselves, and so any work of ours would fall short of divinity.

That being said, if we are God's creation, than anything we create has some aspect of divinity in it. Ultimately though, even if all the authors of every book in the bible were divinely inspired, the reproduction/translation and propagation of the bible and everything in it is determined by men, or, in the case of the Church, but an institution, and therefor, being a work of man, is fallible.
